About Arising Stars Study Center
Arising Stars Global School is designed to be an independent, co-educational, Nursery, Primary and Secondary School. We are dedicated to developing pupils’ knowledge, nurturing their skills and helping them to explore their potential and excel in their areas of interest. We are located strategically on Bharath Engineering College road, on an attractive campus and situated in the heart of Selaiyur, East Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We are recognised for our excellent teachers, Internationally integrated- wider curriculum and superbly equipped classrooms. We are especially noted for our child-care, Tutoring, specialized and personalized teaching, exam results, programmes of study on offer, English Language courses, student-teacher ratios, and co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
We work with a fresh understanding of infant cognition of how young children build on that early start and how to ease their transition into formal school settings; understanding that there are multiple intelligences (Gardner, 1983) and suggest ways of helping children learn by supporting their strengths while working with their weaknesses.

Every teacher in our school is primarily responsible for planning the daily activities through which the children will learn and knowing every child to keep track of how well each child can learn. We address the whole range of human thought in our classrooms, from memorization to synthesis, from drill and practice to analysis and creativity.
Our teachers are trained to observe learners in their classes and determine some of the ways that they learn best. With this knowledge, when we are designing lessons or projects we become alert to the needs of all the children in our classes.

The information we gather each year through monitoring and evaluating our practices, tracking student achievement and studying educational research has helped us to create a process for insightful curriculum development.
Review of our school performance and student achievement for the past two years has revealed as achieving at or above the standards expected for their year level. Some indicators also reveal that a few students achieving at levels well beyond standard.
These outcomes have resulted in virtually all school subject areas.
Within this consistently strong performance pattern some indicators reveal where great future improvement can also be achieved.
Assessment of Reading indicators reveal consistently strong school performance patterns with very high proportions of students reading with 90-100% accuracy From UKG to Year 4.
